ODR ("Online Dispute Resolution")

it is a process that allows consumers residing in the territory of the European Union to submit their complaints related to contracts concluded online (both for the purchase of goods and services) with companies based in the EU. In accordance with Art. 14 of Regulation 524/2013/EU, these companies are required to inform their users of the possibility of using this tool and to make available on their website the link to the so-called "ODR platform" (Online Dispute Resolution) provided by the European Commission.

Online dispute resolution for consumers

The consumer residing in Europe must be aware that the European Commission has established an online platform that provides an alternative dispute resolution tool. This instrument may be used by the European consumer to resolve in a non-judicial way any dispute relating to and/or arising from contracts for the sale of goods and services concluded on the network. As a result, if you are a European consumer, you can use that platform to resolve any dispute arising from the online contract with the Data Controller. The platform is available at the following link. The Data Controller is available to answer any questions submitted by email to the email address published in this document.
