Shipping your order
We ship to Europe Countries with DHL. Shipping is for a fee and its rates are shown at checkout by selecting the destination country, province, and city. Delivery generally takes place within 2 working days of receipt of the payment. Shipments are made by express courier. At the same time as the email confirming your order, you will receive the relevant shipping number. In this way you can follow the progress of the shipment status from the taking charge by the courier to the delivery to the home indicated by you.
In the event that the carrier has been chosen by the customer outside those proposed at the time of purchase, the risk of damage and perimento of the Products is transferred to the customer already at the time of delivery to the carrier itself, precluding any dispute regarding the external characteristics of what is delivered. In this case, any dispute must be made directly by the customer towards the carrier.
Orders received and paid for are fulfilled within one business day. If the bank transfer is chosen as the payment method, the orders will be retained until the payment is verified. Shipments are normally processed by express courier throughout the national territory. Deliveries take place, unless unforeseen, normally within 24/48h of shipping.
Note: Orders received and processed during public holidays, weekdays, and weekends, are shipped on the first business day. In case of cash on delivery payment, our company reserves the right to request more information and/or documentation from the customer, proving the identity of the payer, in order to avoid and prevent problems during delivery and payment to the carrier. As a result of the above, the fulfillment times of orders that provide for cash on delivery may be longer.
Receipt of Goods
At the time of delivery of the goods the customer is required to check:
that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what has been ordered;
that the packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing tapes. In case of tampering and/or breakage, the customer must immediately contest the shipment and/or delivery by having the wording "ACCEPTED WITH RESERVATION OF CONTROL" on the delivery document received by the courier. In this case it is suggested to take some photographs of the state of the neck and send us a copy. The customer must subsequently report any damage within 8 (eight) days from receipt of the goods in accordance with the procedures provided by the operator chosen for shipment and/or delivery and in accordance with the terms of the general conditions of sale, published on our site.
In the event that the customer does not return within 5 (five) working days the goods ordered and present in stock at the courier's warehouses due to the repeated impossibility of delivery to the delivery indicated by the customer at the time of the order, the same order will be canceled and the costs of storage and return to be quantified from time to time will be charged.
