The Covaccino is a thin crushed flour and yeast, very common especially in Tuscany, cooked in a wood oven, seasoned with oil and salt.

Ingredients: starches (deglutinated wheat, corn, rice) dextrose, psyllium vegetable fiber, guar thickener, rice flour, water, extra virgin olive oil, brewer's yeast, salt. Without Milk. Produced in a factory that uses the following allergens: eggs, milk, dairy products, nuts, peanuts, soy, sesame, fish and derivatives.

Store in a cool, dry place.
