Ingredients: fresh eggs, corn starch, sultanas (13.3%), lactose-free whole milk*, butter (milk)*, natural yeast (rice flour, water), candied citrus peels 4.1% (peels orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, citron peel, acidity regulator: citric acid), rice starch, sugar, psyllium fibre, honey, candied orange peel paste 2.4% (candied orange peel orange, sugar, lemon juice), thickeners: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, xanthan gum; invert sugar syrup, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, alcohol, flavourings, salt.

May contain soy, mustard and sesame seeds.

* The product contains glucose and galactose as a result of the breakdown of lactose. Milk and butter are present in quantities such as to guarantee, in the finished product, a lactose content of less than 0.1%.
